On Volunteers quitting their jobs

When most volunteers quit their assigned jobs it becomes a crisis.Yes, the approach is calm composure;as Ernest Hemingway say"Courage-grace under pressure.".Nobody can beat this approach in times of conflicts and tension. I remember President Reagan was asked why he chose William Casey as CIA director. He said'William Casey will not open his mouth unless a fly lands on his lips".

Collin Powell while visiting Red China, ended in the midst of heated conversations among diplomats from different countries. All what Collin Powell did was to shut his mouth. He did not lose.He accomplished his mission.

I wonder why the volunteers quit their jobs/Were they excited and can't resist temptation of socializing?.Possibly.

On some Seniors here in USA/Canada

I have been here in USA and still I am amazed and bewildered by the exceesses and luxuries of life in general even in today's skyrocketing oil price.A big number of Senior Citizens in USA and Canada are the most spoiled inhabitants of the earth
enjoying clubhouse style resort living-like staying in a five star hotel all their lives , free hospitalization, free concerts, spa and swimming pool and exercise and fitness centers they barely use, free bus rides in tourist bus to golf courses, and immaculately maintained parks, nicely prepared dinner tables and five star dining area --they are waiter served with waiters with bow and tie; tidy and neat restrooms with marble and and granite floors and counter tops. During Christmas, a choir would be performing while these Seniors are having their repast.

Somebody does their laundry and fix their beds. Everyday.they are all neat and clean; always preoccupied with going to parlors for their hair and finger nails. A lot have their own 24 hour personal caretaker/housemaid mostly Filipinos and Latin people. They are busy walking their dog with complete apparel that goes by the season.

They have nice cars if they could still drive. They travel and go
to zoos or outside of the country or go on cruise accompanied by their Filipino maids. These are all routinely happening in USA inside senior citizen bulidings.

I once went inside a Marriott Senior Residential Housing----indeed it is Marriott Hotel Style living 24 hours a day.

OHHH!!!!America seems to be a paradise, where nobody is poor;,even the rabbits and rats and birds are rich--they eat
delicious food from trash cans that a poor from a third world country will surely eat with gusto. This is a nutshell description of paradise, USA style.

.Recently they just went to MARS exploring it-- a BILLION DOLLAR journey to Mars in a robotic space craft..

Amazing USA.For me, we are lucky to be residing in Paradise, living in a fish bowl life.
