MIGUELITA'S AWARD WINNING GARDEN

The two plaques ( stone markers ) she received for winning first prize in 2006 and 2008. Only the first prize winner gets the markers..

The plaques rest below the big stone mask, or the great stone face..

Below the markers is a patch of chicks and hens ( variety of a perennial plant )..I put in a couple of roosters to complete the chicken family...:)

Watch a video on the garden work Miggie had done so far..Last year, the judges told her that she has at least 6 varieties already of Black Eyed Susans in her garden. She started with one variety, then the bees did some pollination and now there are six kinds of replendent yellow flowers..
This is how Mother Nature works, maybe a simple example of EVOLUTION, right Zeus?..New species evolve from existing ones!
